Poppy Seed Bundt Cake Recipe

Total time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients:
· 1.5 cups of butter, softened
· 2 cups granulated sugar
· 4 eggs
· 1 tsp vanilla extract
· 3 cups all-purpose flour
· 2 tsp baking powder
· 1 tsp salt
· 4 tbsp poppy seeds
· 1 cup of milk
· Cooking oil in spray
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a Bundt pan with cooking oil. Set aside.
2. Using a hand mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until frothy. Add the eggs one at a time while beating and the vanilla extract.
3. In a second bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and poppy seeds.
4. Incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mix while whisking. Slowly pour in the milk.
5. Pour the batter into the greased Bundt cake pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Cool on a rack before unmolding.
