·      1/2 cup peanut butter

·      1 cup of light brown sugar

·      1 egg

·      1 tsp vanilla extract

·      1.5 cups of all-purpose flour

·      1 tsp baking powder

·      1/2 tsp salt

·      1/4 cup crushed peanuts (unsalted)

Directions:

1.     Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch square baking tray with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper and set aside.
